National and EU Shipments - Transportation Time and Cost
National and international shipments are sent by registered mail via CTT (you can view the different rates applied here).
- Shipping costs to Portugal range from €4 to €6, depending on the weight of the package, and usually take 48 hours to reach their destination.
- Shipping to the European Union ranges from €8 to €18, depending on the weight of the package, and may take up to 10 working days.
- NOTE: for customised orders by email, since each piece is handmade with love, please allow up 15 to 20 days for the piece to arrive at your home
We strongly advise that you check the address provided immediately upon receiving your order confirmation. If you notice any errors, please contact us without delay at angelareis@tudoeuproject.com.
If the recipient refuses delivery or does not collect the order within the required time, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs or any related fees. A new shipment will be made upon payment of the shipping charges.
Tudo Eu Project is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. Delivery dates are approximate, and Tudo Eu Project cannot be held accountable for unforeseen events or force majeure.
Shipments Outside the EU
For shipments outside the European Union, please email angelareis@tudoeuproject.com. International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or customs taxes. Tudo Eu Project has no control over these charges and is not responsible for their payment.
